At Burned Sports you have 90 days to return your product and that is made very easy for you! Below you will find all the information you need to return your product to us.
How long do I have to return my product?
From the moment you receive the package, you have 30 days to send us your package including the return form below.
In which ways can I return a product?
There are two ways to return a product. The free way is to deliver the product in one of the two Burned Sports stores. Our employees are there for you to look for the best solution together with you.
You can also send your return to us. Complete the received return form and send it together with your package to Hinthamerstraat 39, 5211ME, 's-Hertogenbosch. It is important to enter your name and order number on the form at all times. Unfortunately, if you do not do this, we cannot process your return. I want to receive a new product. How do I do that?
If you want to exchange a product for a different size or for another product, that is no problem at all. Simply enter on the return form which product you want to receive and in what size.
If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount. If the product is cheaper, the difference will be transferred back to your account within 5 days. PLEASE NOTE: when you have made your purchase in the store, it is important to state your full IBAN details on the return form.
Can I also get a refund if I return a product?
Hell yes! When you return a product in undamaged condition and within the return period, you will receive the full purchase amount back. Once we have received the product, your money will be transferred to you as quickly as possible and at the latest within the statutory period of 14 days. When completing your return form, clearly state that you would like to receive your money back. PLEASE NOTE: when you have made your purchase in the store, it is important to state your full IBAN details on the return form.
How do I return a product if I want to make use of the guarantee scheme?
If our employees have indicated that your product is eligible for warranty, clearly state that it is a defective product and which solution you have agreed with the employee. I have received a wrong item. What now?
If you receive an item that you have not ordered, we have probably made a mistake. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you! If you return the product to us, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the return and we will send the correct product to you. When returning, indicate on the return form that you have received the wrong product. Our team does the rest!
