1. Returning products
1.1. I would like to return my product is that possible?

Yes, you can return your products if they are returned within the return period. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchasing the product.

1.2. How do I exchange my product for a new product?

If you want to exchange a product for a different size or for a completely different product, that is no problem at all. When filling out the return form, indicate which size or other product you would like to receive. Our team does the rest!

1.3. In which ways can I return a product?

There are two ways to return a product. The most convenient and free way is to deliver the product to one of the three Burned Sports stores. The second way is to ship the product to one of the three Burned Sports stores. The direct costs for shipping the product are not reimbursed by Burned Sports. Before you return the product, you must complete the return form by clicking here.

1.4. Can I also get a refund if I return a product?

Hell yes! When you return a product in undamaged condition and within the return period, you will receive the full purchase amount back. Once we have received the product, your money will be transferred to you as quickly as possible and at the latest within the statutory period of 14 days. When registering your return, state the reason for the return that you would like your money back. Our team does the rest!

1.5. How long do I have to return my products?

From the moment you receive the package, you have 16 days to tell us which product (s) you want to return. Click here to register your return. Then you have another 14 days to complete the actual return to one of the Burned Sports stores.

2. Orders & Deliveries
2.1. My size is not listed in the webshop, can I still get the product?

If your size is no longer listed, you can always contact us on +31 (0) 73-6899454. The Burned Sport team will immediately find out if the product is still available for you.

2.2. When can I expect my order at my home?

Orders that are fully in stock are packed on the day of the order. If you have placed the order before 3 p.m., it will be delivered to your home the next working day (or Saturday) by our courier service.

2.3. I have ordered several products with different delivery times, when can I expect my order at my home?

When you order products with different delivery times, your entire order will be delivered based on the product with the longest delivery time. It is also possible to have a part of your order shipped earlier if the difference in delivery time between the products is more than 7 days. 2.4. I have received a wrong item. What now?

If you receive an item that you have not ordered, we have probably made a mistake. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you! If you return the product to us, we will refund the shipping costs and we will send the correct product to you. Indicate in the return form that you have received the wrong product and also which product you are missing. Our team does the rest!

3. Warranty arrangement
3.1. What about the 100 day guarantee rule?

Almost all products that you buy from Burned Sports come with a factory warranty of 100 days, valid from the customer's purchase date. If there is no manufacturer's warranty on a product, this will be stated in the webshop with the product. If nothing is included, you always have a 100-day guarantee! This guarantee scheme means that if a product is damaged in such a way that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function, Burned Sports offers solutions for it. As a customer you can choose from the following solutions. The (1) product can be exchanged for free for the same product, the product can (2) be exchanged for a similar product, (3) the product can be exchanged for a completely different product or (4) the purchase amount is in vouchers to you paid out. If you choose option 2 or 3 and the price of the product deviates from the original purchase amount, then in the case of a multiple price you have to pay that amount and otherwise you will receive the price difference in Burned Sports vouchers

3.2. How do I know if my product qualifies for the guarantee scheme?

If you want to use the guarantee scheme, you as a customer must prove within 100 days of the purchase date that the product is so defective that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function. You can do that in two ways. For this you can (1) come to the store with the product and immediately handle everything with an employee or (2) deliver the burden of proof electronically and then return the broken product. If you choose option 2, it is best to take a few photos of the product and email it to customer [email protected] with an explanation of the defect. Don't forget to provide the order number of your order. Our employees will respond within 24 hours whether the product is eligible for warranty.

3.3. How do I return a product if I want to make use of the warranty scheme?

If our employees have indicated that your product is eligible for warranty, indicate in the text box in the return form that it is a defective product and what solution you have agreed with the employee. Our team ensures that you can use your things again as quickly as possible!
