Return period
Register your order on the Burned returnportal within 14 days of receiving the order
After this, you have another 14 days to actually return the order.
This return period also applies if you purchased a product from us in our store in Den Bosch.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to return a product because it is broken. And it is so badly broken that it can no longer reasonably fulfill its function. And you think that you therefore qualify for a warranty, then go to the Burned Warrantypage page.

Return costs from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
(Return costs from other countries are the customer's responsibility).
The return costs are free if you opt for store credit. And then we will also increase your shopping credit by EUR 5.00!
If you opt for money back, the return costs are +/- EUR 6.95 per return shipment.
If you have paid for an order with store credit and you return the purchase. Then you will not get any money back. Then new store credit will be issued for the value of the return shipment.
Returns in the store in Den Bosch are free :-).
So we mean bringing it personally, which is nice :-).

Steps for registering a return

1. Pack the items in the original packaging
The item must always be returned in the original packaging and in the original shipping box (or similar packaging). If this is not the case, charges may apply.

2. Register your return
Go to the Burned returnportal portal
Place the label on the shipping packaging in which you received your package. (And DO NOT stick the return label on the original (shoe) box). If this is the case, costs may be charged for this.

3. Hand over your return
Drop off your return at a chosen drop-off point in your area. You can choose a carrier yourself on the Burned return portal

4. Track your return
Please note that processing a return can take up to 10 days. If your return has not been processed after 10 days, please contact us.
When you hand in your return, you will receive proof with a track & trace code with which you can track your return.

5. Refund
We will then refund you as quickly as possible. This will be done within 10 days at the latest, during which time we may wait until we have processed your return. If this has not happened, please contact us.

How does exchange work?
For us, exchanging is the same as returning. You can return the item and order a new item. The shipping and return conditions also apply to this.
If you look at our Burned returnportal portal you will see that you can also opt for store credit.
Then you will receive a free return ticket and an additional EUR 5.00 in shopping credit. (Only applicable for customers from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium).
This seems like a great exchange option to us :-).
You can also give us a call and we will help you make the right purchase.

I have received a wrong item. What now?
If you have received an item that you did not order, an error has probably been made by us. Very annoying, but we will solve it for you. Go to our Burned returnportal portal and select the reason for returning the wrong product.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns.
And we will send you the correct product.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (flowdetail europe b.v., Hinthamerstraat 39, 5211 ME 's-Hertogenbosch - Netherlands, [email protected] Telephone: + 31 (0)73 689 9454) via an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of the return are at your expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is a consumer purchase that concerns the delivery of:
- products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
- products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken after delivery;
- products that are irrevocably mixed with other items after delivery due to their nature;

- audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal has been broken after delivery;
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of an agreement for the regular delivery of such publications (a subscription).”
